As an Audit and Assurance - Digital Assurance – Manager, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements, internal controls, and other information to enhance credibility and reliability for stakeholders. Within our Assurance practice, you will provide services over clients' digital environments, including processes and controls, cybersecurity measures, and data systems, helping organizations build trust in their technology while complying with regulations.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and develop skills outside your comfort zone, encouraging others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading digital assurance engagements, focusing on evaluating clients' digital environments, including processes, controls, and cybersecurity measures
- Managing and developing teams to deliver quality assessments of financial statements and internal controls
- Utilizing auditing methodologies and IT governance frameworks to enhance the credibility and reliability of client information
- Analyzing and identifying interactions between system components to optimize governance and risk management processes
- Taking ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and develop skills outside their comfort zones
- Engaging in strategic questioning and addressing conflicts with clients and stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary
- Validating compliance with privacy regulations and corporate governance standards within digital environments
- Promoting the use of innovative technologies and cloud engineering to improve data quality and validation processes
- Building relationships with clients to identify opportunities for enhancing digital assurance services

What You Must Have

-      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Technology, Computer and Information Science, Engineering and/or other relevant degree.
-      For CISA 7 years’ experience in managing engagements and teams in the domains mentioned in the requirements above.

-      Candidates with “Big 4” or equivalent experience would be preferred

-      For CA 4 years of relevant experience required.

-      Understanding of audit concepts and regulations

-      Certification(s) Mandatory: Chartered Accountant/CISA/CPA
