Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Virtual Assistant Hiring) to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing, screening, and hiring highly qualified virtual assistants (VAs) for our clients. Leveraging your expertise in remote and VA recruitment, you will ensure a seamless process that delivers top-tier talent aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their business needs and define the skills, qualifications, and job requirements for virtual assistant roles.

Proactively source candidates through online job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and specialized platforms.

Review and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants, ensuring a strong match between candidate experience and client requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule client-candidate interviews, ensuring an efficient and professional process.

Act as the liaison between clients and candidates, providing consistent communication, feedback, and updates.

Manage and track candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

Support candidates through the hiring journey, including negotiations, offers, and onboarding.

Stay current on VA industry trends, hiring best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine hiring strategies, improve processes, and optimize overall recruitment performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or on-the-job training (OJT) experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, or other sourcing platforms is a plus.
- Experience using ATS or recruitment software is an advantage but not required.
