Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of banking professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability within the branch's consumer banking portfolio
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the branch's customer base and product offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and procedures
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the branch team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing market conditions
• Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive business decisions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Familiarity with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
