Technical Service Manager - Triple S Flotech
Triple S Flotech is a manufacturer’s representative and factory authorized automation facility for valves that are engineered to withstand the most severe applications. Our ADREM™ line of specialty valves are engineered for the demanding requirements of the chlor-alkali industry. Job Description
The Technical Service Manager, Electric Actuation provides leadership and technical expertise for electric actuation field service operations. This role supports customers, sales, and operations teams by overseeing service execution, troubleshooting technical issues, developing service proposals, and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field service activities for electric actuation products and systems.
- Evaluate customer sites and develop scopes of work and service quotations.
- Coordinate field personnel, equipment, and project schedules.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers and internal teams.
- Partner with sales teams to identify opportunities and deliver technical solutions.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, customer requirements, and company policies.
- Develop and mentor field service personnel while driving continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in electric actuation, automation, controls, or industrial field service operations.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and technical specifications.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA, MSHA, or other industry certifications preferred.
Work Environment
This position operates in both office and industrial field environments. Regular customer site visits and travel are required, with overnight travel up to 50% as business needs dictate.
