Associate Benefits Analyst – Employee Benefits
Remote | South Central region or Central time zone is preferred.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do / Your Impact Client Partnership & Data Analysis- Assist with placement and service of employee benefits programs for clients
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends and insights
- Research discrepancies and resolve data-related issues
- Support development of employee communication and educational materials
- Create reports, dashboards, graphs, and visualizations for recurring and ad hoc needs
- Maintain accuracy, completeness, and quality of all deliverables
- Assist with monthly carrier reporting and data tracking
- Load and manage proposal and plan data within internal templates and systems
- Collaborate with team members on reporting and analytics execution
- Support internal communications including proposals, reports, and presentations
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting enhancements
- Assist in identifying trends or insights that support client strategy
Qualifications
What You Bring Required- 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits, data analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of health and welfare benefits and ACA requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required)
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Licensure & Certifications (If Applicable)
