The Role As a Senior Product Owne r, you will serve as the key intermediary between the production and development teams. You will be responsible for analyzing production requests and translating them into well-defined product requirements. This includes shaping user experiences, delivering detailed technical specifications, and ensuring that business objectives align with product vision and strategy. Top Job Responsibilities Gathering and Documenting Requirement s: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Process Improvemen t: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes and workflows. Communication and Collaboratio n: Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Product Vision and Strateg y: Define, develop, and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Roadmap and Prioritizatio n: Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business goals. Stakeholder Managemen t: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to ensure successful product development and launch. Minimum Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with experience in agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification. Advanced proficiency in English Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL). Knowledge of BIM or AEC. Familiarity with tools like Jira, SQL, Excel, and Revit is a plus. Have experience working with data and applying it to business or product decisions.
