Oracle SCM Cloud Functional SME

Job role

• 10–15 years of Supply Chain Planning experience, including 5–8 years in Oracle Planning Cloud.
• Must have led multiple assessments, planning maturity evaluations, and full-scale Planning transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of planning processes: statistical forecasting, MPS/MRP, constrained planning, S&OP cycles, demand shaping, and supply-demand balancing.
• Experience leading global planning transformations across multi‑country or multi‑BU organizations.
• Strong functional configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Analytical mindset with strong command over Planning KPIs and statistical forecasting concepts
• Strong storytelling and executive‑level presentation skills
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions
• Familiarity with OIC, APIs, and integration frameworks (functional understanding)
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments with high ownership
