This role focuses on administering NetApp ONTAP platforms and cloud-integrated storage solutions while ensuring high availability, performance, and data protection across hybrid environments. ## What you’ll do * Administer, configure, and maintain NetApp ONTAP storage platforms, including cloud-based solutions such as Cloud Volumes ONTAP and Amazon FSx. * Monitor and optimise storage performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive tuning and best practices. * Implement and manage data protection strategies, including snapshots, backups, and disaster recovery using Commvault and native cloud backup services. * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve storage-related incidents to minimise service impact. * Ensure storage platforms comply with security and regulatory requirements, including encryption and access controls. * Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and operations teams to support ongoing projects and evolving storage needs. * Maintain accurate documentation covering configurations, operational procedures, and standards. ## Who you are * An experienced storage professional with strong hands-on knowledge of NetApp storage technologies and associated products. * Confident working with file services and cloud-integrated storage environments. * Analytical and solution-oriented, with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective resolutions. * Comfortable working collaboratively across teams while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. * Clear and professional in communication, documentation, and stakeholder interactions. ## Not a perfect fit?
