Hardware Inventory & Asset Management
 Manage and maintain the Oracle Restaurants Solution Engineering
hardware inventory located in the Columbia office.
 Maintain accurate records of hardware assets, including inventory levels,
SKU cataloging, serial number tracking, and asset status.
 Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment needs to support
business activities.
 Stage, configure, package, and ship hardware for demonstrations, trade
shows, proof-of-concept activities, and laboratory environments.
 Support hardware requests from Sales, Solution Engineering, Product
Management, and other internal stakeholders.
 Maintain trade show hardware inventory and assist with updating
equipment as products are introduced, updated, or retired.
 Assist in validating Oracle and third-party hardware configurations for
customer opportunities.
 Research and respond to hardware compatibility questions with guidance
from senior team members and available documentation.
 Maintain hardware documentation, inventory records, and supported
configuration information.
Presentation Development
 Create and update customer-facing presentations using approved Oracle
templates and messaging.
 Develop presentation content and supporting materials for customer
meetings, demonstrations, and trade shows.
 Customize presentations with customer branding, logos, and colors while
maintaining Oracle brand standards.
 Support the development of executive presentations and strategic
opportunity materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Support, Operations, Supply
Chain, and Marketing teams.
 Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, hardware tracking,
and sales enablement resources.
 Build knowledge of Oracle Restaurants products, restaurant technology,
payment solutions, networking equipment, and third-party hardware

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain
Management, Engineering, Hospitality Technology, or a related field, or
equivalent experience.
 0–2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, technical
support, solution engineering, logistics, hospitality technology, or a related
field.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint,
Excel, and Word.
 Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
 Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, payment devices, networking
equipment, or restaurant technology.
 Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, logistics, or
warehouse operations.
 Experience using proposal management platforms such as Responsive
(RFPIO).
 Experience creating presentations or customer-facing documentation.
 Knowledge of restaurant, hospitality, retail, or technology environments.
 Familiarity with Oracle Restaurants products and solutions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $37.79 to $63.65 per hour; from: $78,600 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
