  • Document project risks, mitigation actions, and system readiness assessments for review by the Strategic Operations Manager.
  • Support development of sustainment plans which maintain long-term stability in MRP performance.
  • Track milestones, report status, and escalate issues affecting schedule, data integrity, or operational readiness.

  • Conduct parallel testing between legacy and MRP outputs to validate accuracy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for end-user troubleshooting during the transition phase.
  1. LEAN Manufacturing & Process Improvement
  • Apply LEAN techniques to streamline planning workflows, eliminate waste, and optimize material and information flow.
  • Utilize Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process mapping to identify bottlenecks in the current "as-is" state and design the future "to-be" state.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that the ERP utilization roadmap results in actual lead-time reductions and increased throughput.
  • Coordinate closely with Production Ops and support staff to align continuous improvement initiatives.
  1. BI, Analytics & Performance Monitoring
  • Develop critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the ERP system and stability of critical support processes.
  • Assist in the development of automated dashboards in PowerBI or similar BI platforms to provide real-time visibility into production health for the operations management team.
