As an HR Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and supportive employee journey within Sungrow.Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and CV screening to interview coordination and candidate communication.Manage key HR operations including onboarding, probation, internal transfers, and offboarding.Assist with compensation and benefits tasks, such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and benefit program administration.Coordinate and track learning and development initiatives, including onboarding sessions.Provide daily HR support, covering visa/work permit processes and employee activities.Contribute to the implementation of HR policies and procedures in a multicultural environment.Your profileAll right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Possess 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Demonstrate basic knowledge of HR practices and local labor laws.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a service-oriented mindset.Be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HR systems.Have a good command of English (C1 level).Show strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Why us?Join our HR Team, the compassionate core that nurtures our talent and drives our organizational success.
