That means defining the questions that matter for a given company, designing the research approach, conducting expert interviews, and synthesizing findings into work that directly shapes investment decisions. You'll also help build the methodology and playbook. This isn't a mature practice you're joining. It's one you're creating.You'll lead a pod of 3-5+ junior team members and report to our Founding CRO (ex-McKinsey, ex-Growth Investor). The CEO is a former BCG Managing Director & Partner with nearly 12 years leading commercial transformations and due diligence for public and private investors.You Want4-7 years of experience, with meaningful time in management consulting (MBB or equivalent) at the EM/PL level or above (consulting track)Led commercial due diligence, market assessments, or investment evaluations, and you were good at itGenuine curiosity about AI companies and the technology reshaping how businesses compete.
