Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite development and production support.
- Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite components including BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Business Rules, and Oracle Adapters.
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and JMS.
- Experience administering Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments.
- Hands-on experience with middleware deployment, configuration, patching, migration, troubleshooting, and environment management.
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Understanding of Oracle Database concepts, SQL, and database integration.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues, log analysis, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have
- Experience administering Oracle Service Bus (OSB) environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring and middleware performance optimization.
- Experience with middleware security, SSL configuration, identity management, and access controls.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting.
- Experience working in Managed Services, Customer Success, or Production Support environments.
- Oracle Middleware or Oracle Cloud certifications.

- Develop and maintain integration services between Oracle applications and third-party systems using SOAP, REST, XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, WSDL, JMS, and related technologies.
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Administer Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle WebLogic Server, and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments, ensuring platform stability, security, and high availability.
- Perform deployments, environment configuration, cloning, migration, patching, and release management across development, test, and production environments.
- Monitor middleware health, analyze logs, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures to improve platform reliability.
- Manage WebLogic domains, managed servers, data sources, JMS resources, security configurations, SSL certificates, and environment maintenance activities.
