A role with the Integrity Hotline means a chance to positively impact Target via triage, investigation and resolution of employee relations concerns. You will build productive partnerships with Human Resources, field leadership, employee relations attorneys, paralegals and others to investigate and provide thorough, thoughtful and timely issue resolution. 

As a Sr Compliance Specialist you will:

  • Serve as initial point of contact and intake for all communication received through the Incident case management system, email inbox and mail
  • Ensure accurate and timely routing of workflow and investigative assignments; evaluate incoming cases for complexity or urgency and follow department escalation procedures as required
  • Act as administrator for the case management system by managing access, performing updates and enhancements, and partnering as necessary on technology issues
  • Provide administrative support to the Hotline Consultants by assisting with documentation requests, updating cases with critical information and auditing Hotline data
  • Conduct analysis of Hotline data and reports to identify trends and package insights for leadership; support reporting and analytic efforts by reviewing data for accuracy, building new reports, and/or managing requests as appropriate
  • Other duties as assigned

About You:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, data entry or other support functions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining appropriate prioritization and ensuring adherence to deadlines
  • Ability to apply discretion and sensitivity while working with confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Ability to adapt to change and navigate a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
