<strong>The Role<br><br></strong>ThoughtSpot.com is where prospects meet the product for the first time - and the Web Producer owns that experience. In this role, you'll manage the day-to-day operations of our website, partnering with demand generation, product marketing, and design to build the pages and experiences that move buyers through the funnel. You'll bring a production-first mindset, a sharp eye for quality, and fluency with AI tools that help you move faster and personalize at scale. This role sits at the center of the marketing team and reports directly to the VP, Marketing.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own end-to-end web production across ThoughtSpot.com — building, publishing, and QA-ing pages in our CMS with accuracy and speed</li><li>Partner with demand gen, product marketing, and design to launch campaign landing pages, event hubs, and content experiences that convert</li><li>Use AI tools — generative content assistants, personalization engines, intelligent A/B testing platforms — to accelerate production and deliver tailored experiences at scale</li><li>Monitor and report on web performance: traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and page health — turning data into decisions and sharing insights across the marketing org</li><li>Execute SEO best practices across on-page optimization, metadata, structured data, and internal linking to drive organic visibility and pipeline impact</li><li>Manage the web production backlog: triage incoming requests, set clear timelines, and keep stakeholders informed and unblocked</li><li>Uphold web governance standards across accessibility (WCAG), brand consistency, link integrity, and redirect management</li><li>Stay current on AI tooling for marketing, CMS capabilities, and web trends — bringing recommendations that sharpen our digital presence<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Bring<br><br></strong><ul><li>5+ years in a web production, digital marketing, or web operations role at a B2B SaaS or technology company</li><li>Hands-on proficiency with a modern CMS (Contentful, WordPress, Drupal, or equivalent) — able to build and ship pages without waiting on a developer</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS; comfortable diagnosing layout issues and making lightweight front-end edits</li><li>Real, hands-on experience with AI tools — generative content, personalization platforms, or workflow automation — and genuine curiosity about where the technology is headed</li><li>Solid SEO fundamentals and a clear understanding of how organic search connects to demand generation and revenue</li><li>Strong project management instincts — you juggle priorities, communicate trade-offs, and deliver on time<br><br></li></ul>Manage & Support a Team of Web Developers<br><br><ul><li>Lead and support a team of web developers.</li><li>Advocate for the team's needs, protect their time, prioritize their queue, remove blockers, and create an environment where developers can do their best work.</li><li>Bring operational maturity and strong prioritization discipline to help the team balance speed, quality, maintainability, and business impact.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with web analytics platforms - GA4, Looker, or ThoughtSpot itself</li><li>Hands-on work with A/B testing or CRO tools (Optimizely, VWO, or similar)</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot) and their connection to web forms and conversion flows</li><li>Comfort operating in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities shift and speed matters<br><br></li></ul><strong><strong>Hybrid Work at ThoughtSpot<br><br></strong></strong>Spotters are expected in-office 3 days per week to experience the energy of their local office.
