Position Summary
Perform a variety of material movement tasks, including kitting jobs for varies departments. Inventory management.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control;
- Maintain and provide ERP data entry and transfers to keep accurate records;
- Delivers items to requisitioning departments and designated staging areas;
- Consolidating stock and purchased items for kitting to sub-assembly department;
- Manage input of information for discrepant material and;
- Operating loading/unloading equipment for shipments; and
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- HS Diploma, GED or equivalent degree required;
- High attention to detail and quality;
- Able to plan and execute daily and weekend scheduled tasks;
- Able to keep work area clean and organized;
- Able to give directions to peers within the department;
- Excellent team player with organizational and time management skills;
- Safely operate fork trucks and overhead cranes;
- Skill in the use of computers, specifically in a PC, Windows-based operating environment; and
- Ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports.
