We operate at the intersection of culinary creativity and supply chain excellence, and we're looking for sharp, driven professionals to grow with us.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Role Overview</u></strong></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to support and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations to help roll out products into new retailers. This role sits at the heart of our operations — managing ERP systems, coordinating inventory, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics, and production planning.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications &amp; Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li>3–5+ years in retail operations, supply chain, or CPG.</li><li>Experience managing <strong>new retailer rollouts and new product launches</strong>.</li><li><strong>Cold chain experience heavily preferred.</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of inventory, logistics, forecasting, and retailer compliance.</li><li>Experience with ERP/EDI systems and strong Excel skills.</li><li>Food &amp; beverage experience required.</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel to our manufacturing plant in Los Angeles 2–3 days per week.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Own operational execution of <strong>new retailer launches</strong>, from setup through first delivery.</li><li>Manage <strong>new product launches</strong>, coordinating inventory, production, logistics, and retailer requirements.</li><li>Oversee retailer orders, inventory levels, fulfillment, OTIF, and compliance.</li><li>Coordinate with 3PLs, distributors, warehouses, and freight partners.</li><li>Manage cold-chain logistics and troubleshoot delivery or temperature-related issues.</li><li>Partner with Sales and Supply Chain on forecasting and inventory planning.</li><li>Identify operational issues, retailer chargebacks, and process improvements.</li></ul><p>ERP Management</p><ul><li>Manage and maintain ERP system data integrity across production and supply chain modules.</li><li>Input, track, and report on production orders, BOMs, and inventory transactions.</li><li>Oversee and audit ERP entries to proactively catch and correct data errors before they impact production or reporting.</li><li>Identify system gaps and work with stakeholders to implement process improvements within the ERP.</li></ul><p>Inventory Management &amp; Purchasing</p><ul><li>Monitor and control raw material, packaging, and finished goods inventory levels.</li><li>Establish and maintain reorder points for packaging materials to ensure uninterrupted production.</li><li>Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and ERP records.</li><li>Develop inventory strategies to reduce waste and improve stock accuracy.</li><li>Issue and manage purchase orders with domestic and international suppliers.</li><li>Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms to optimize cost and availability.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply.</li></ul><p>Logistics</p><ul><li>Coordinate cross-border shipments between Tijuana and Los Angeles, as well as freight and parcel shipments to customers.</li><li>Continuously evaluate carriers, routes, and shipping methods to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li></ul><p>Planning &amp; Forecasting</p><ul><li>Develop and maintain production planning schedules aligned with demand forecasts and material availability.</li><li>Compare planned vs. actual production on an ongoing basis to identify variances and surface errors early.</li><li>Build and refine processes to systematically catch planning and production discrepancies before they escalate.</li><li>Analyze forecast accuracy and recommend adjustments to minimize risk of stockouts or overstock.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>What We Offer</u></strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a dynamic, entrepreneurial team shaping the future of food.</li><li>Cross-border exposure with career growth in a fast-scaling company.</li><li>Collaborative, inclusive, and mission-driven work culture.</li></ul><p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Family leave</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>
