Responsibilities

• AI プロダクト分野における複雑なワークロードの技術ソリューションを推進し、迅速かつ確実に導入できるようにする。主に、技術評価からお客様による運用開始までのビジネス サイクルをサポートする。

• ビジネス戦略と直接的な開発およびプロトタイピングを組み合わせ、お客様の分野の専門家から賛同を得られる、機能的でカスタマイズされたソリューションを提供する。

• テクニカル アドバイザーとしてお客様に高度なテクニカル コンサルティングを提供し、お客様との長期的な関係を構築する。

• お客様とのやり取りから得られた知見を活かして、市場開拓チームと再利用可能なソリューションやアセットを構築する。

• プロダクトとエンジニアリングの管理システム内で、お客様の機能リクエストや懸念事項を文書化し、優先順位を付け、解決を推進する。
