Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Build reusable UI components and maintain a scalable frontend architecture.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and mockups into pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Must-have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS.
- Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
- Familiarity with React Hooks, Context API, and state management concepts.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and API integration.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Good-to-have Skills
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, or other state management libraries.
- Knowledge of Next.js or similar React frameworks.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors or utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of frontend testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js and modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Proven experience building production-grade web applications using ReactJS.
- A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing frontend projects is an added advantage.
