- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication channels between stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to SAP Successfactors.
- Experience in managing deployment schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex system interdependencies and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to monitor deployment metrics and implement continuous improvement processes.
