Business Operations & Executive Governance Own the operating cadence for the organization, including leadership reviews, business reviews, planning forums, portfolio governance, and executive decision-making processes. Drive clarity, accountability, and execution across strategic priorities, risks, and cross-functional dependencies. Partner closely with leaders to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and operational plans. Support leader onboarding, organizational transitions, and initiatives that improve organizational health and effectiveness. Build scalable systems that enable a high-performing leadership team and organization. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 6+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 12+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR Master's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Liberal Arts, Business Administration, Management, Computer Science) AND 8+ years experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or business-related roles OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams to drive business operations, strategic planning, organizational governance, and execution of business priorities within large, complex organizations. 6+ years of experience leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management, investment governance, and resource allocation for product, engineering, or technology organizations. 6+ years of experience influencing executive decision-making and driving alignment across large, matrixed organizations by partnering with stakeholders across engineering, product, finance, human resources, and business operations functions. 4+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and business review processes in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with multiple competing priorities.
