• 新たなビジネス チャンスを模索するビジネス開発の職務に携わった 6 年以上の経験。

• PC/コンソール ゲーム業界でビジネス開発または戦略的パートナーシップに携わった経験。

• 交渉および契約構築（法的考慮事項を含む）に携わった経験。

• 分析的洞察を活用し、綿密に構造化されたプロセスを用いて問題の対処にあたり、解決策を伝える経験で培われた戦略的判断力。

グローバル パートナーシップ部門は、Google パートナーとの新たなビジネス チャンスを発掘する部門です。Google のグローバル パートナーシップ チームは、多様なパートナーと連携して、各パートナーが Google プロダクトのメリットを最大限に活かせるよう支援します。また、このチームは Google のプロダクト チームもサポートしています。プロダクト チームとのパートナーシップは、Google プロダクト（広告、検索、アシスタント、マップ、Travel、ショッピング、Payments など）のユーザー エクスペリエンス向上に欠かせない要素です。他にも、サービスを提供するためのパートナーシップの構築、市場開拓戦略の策定、ビジネス拡大の促進を担当し、さまざまなプロダクトに携わっています。

Responsibilities

• ゲーム デベロッパーとの関係を構築し、Google Play のゲームビジネスの機会を創出する。

• 新しいコンテンツを発掘し、デベロッパーやパブリッシャーと契約を締結して、主要なタイトルや IP を Google Play に導入する。

• プロダクト チームと連携してプラットフォームの目標を常に把握し、革新的な新タイトルの優先順位を調整する。

• 新たなトレンドや、成長過程にある有望なデベロッパーなど、業界の動向を常に把握する。市場を分析し、ゲーム業界の経営層に分析情報を提供する。

• プロダクトとパートナーを管理するビジネス デベロップメント マネージャーに、新しいプロダクト導入に適したタイトルに関する戦略的なガイダンスを提供する。
