As an Onestream - Senior Associate, you will specialize in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organizations. Your role involves assessing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and designing solutions to streamline operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your skills within our Finance practice to provide consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyze client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their financial performance. Your work will involve providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using your insights to inform recommendations and uphold professional standards.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance
- Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations
- Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance controls
- Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
- Managing financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
- Utilizing financial data mining and forecasting techniques to inform strategic decision-making
- Conducting financial statement analysis and preparation to support client reporting needs
- Overseeing accounts payable and receivable management to maintain financial accuracy
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for financial strategy enhancement
- Mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in OneStream
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
- At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Demonstrating proficiency in financial data mining and analysis
- Utilizing financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
- Excelling in financial statement preparation and review
- Managing complex financial systems and operations
- Building meaningful client relationships in financial consulting
