Project Manager and Operations Lead for Insurance Affinity
We are seeking a talented individual to join the European Business Support Centre (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work at least three days a week in the office.
EBSC is taking over operations from Marsh Europe in order to streamline operations and better focus on clients’ needs. In our daily work, we strive for efficiency, high quality, and outstanding results delivered in a timely manner. Our scope of service includes placement, policy management, claims, procurement, data management, billing, sales support activities, and more.
We are looking for a professional with passion and expertise in project management and operations leadership to support and drive execution of the Affinity / Partnership program while partnering closely with the Affinities Division of Marsh UK. The role is client focused and requires project management experience, direct client experience, and the ability to help develop acquisition and growth of new client accounts at Marsh.
Expectations include proactively assessing business and client needs to develop process solutions and operational best practices.
We will count on you to:
- Support and drive Affinity Program execution while helping set up and execute the strategy, along with the evolution of our Affinity proposition for the European Affinity business.
- Chair regular client meetings, be confident and resilient, and help shape operations while building strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in regular internal meetings with the business.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly forecasting and reporting.
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all marketing-related actions.
- Lead each product development project from concept to launch.
- Lead by example and set standards on quality and compliance while working within Marsh compliance procedures and guidelines.
- Manage a small team of direct reports focused on project management activities and develop and coach project leaders across the division.
- Lead and coordinate the planning, governance, and execution of strategic and transformation initiatives across Europe and selected international regions.
- Partner with business, operational, and technology stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Conduct regular status update meetings and calls with key stakeholders.
- Deliver an integrated, data-led, and digital-first approach that drives sustained revenue growth, improves client retention, and optimizes cost and operational performance.
- Own strategic frameworks, performance tracking, executive reporting, and cross-regional coordination to enable measurable outcomes and scalable ways of working.
- Lead and coordinate initiatives that accelerate digitalization, end-to-end digital solutions, and operational transformation to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to support RFP responses and client-facing materials with clear value propositions, operating model inputs, and performance evidence.
What you need to have:
- At least 6–10 years of experience in consulting, preferably in insurance or banking.
- Strong communication, project management, and client management skills.
- A proven track record of achieving targeted results.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory).
- A creative mindset and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to build and sustain long-lasting relationships.
- Proven presentation skills.
