  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree required with a graduation date of December 2028- June 2029 

  • 3.0+ GPA preferred 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Demonstrated leadership through on campusand/or communityinvolvement and/or work experience 

  • Enthusiasm for a career in financial services   

  • General knowledge of the financial services industry
