Job Summary:

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to support the PT6 Program by leading operational execution, customer engagement, and localization initiatives. This role serves as the primary on-site representative for the PT6 Program, partnering with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution, operational excellence, and long-term capability development.

The successful candidate will drive customer satisfaction, oversee operational delivery, support workforce localization objectives, and strengthen strategic partnerships while ensuring alignment with Raytheon Saudi Arabia's business priorities and customer commitments.

What You Will Do:

  • Serve as on-site representative for Raytheon Saudi Arabia, leading engagement with customers and key stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
  • Provide operational leadership for customer support activities, localization initiatives, and program execution to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with technical subject matter experts to translate strategic priorities into operational plans, establish governance, and monitor execution against program milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer leadership, internal functions, and external stakeholders to foster collaboration and ensure alignment on program priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in resolving operational issues, mitigating risks, and driving timely execution of customer commitments.
  • Oversee operational readiness, capability development, and knowledge transfer activities to strengthen local capabilities and support long-term sustainability.
  • Monitor program performance, establish operational metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership on risks, opportunities, and overall execution.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with Raytheon Saudi Arabia policies, contractual requirements, and applicable customer regulations.
  • Support workforce localization initiatives and contribute to the development of sustainable local capabilities in alignment with national objectives.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in aerospace, defense, operations, program management, aftermarket support, supply chain, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing operations and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational execution in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).


Qualifications We Value:

  • Previous experience supporting defense or government programs.
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East.
  • Knowledge of localization initiatives and capability development programs.
  • Background in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or aftermarket support.
  • Demonstrated success in building long-term customer partnerships and managing executive-level relationships.
  • Strong understanding of operational governance, performance management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization and collaborating across global teams.
