We're obsessed with our customers, and we're building a product that truly empowers them. We are a team of extremely talented high performers, loyal to each other, and committed to providing a magical experience to all our users. We're all owners, driven by a shared vision to create sustainable value. We move with urgency and focus, always striving for excellence and exceeding expectations.
About the Role
Félix is building a consumer lending business—starting with Send Now, Pay Later (SNPL) and expanding into personal loans, credit cards, and beyond. The engine behind all of it is a reusable lending platform: the bank integrations, loan management and servicing systems, underwriting architecture, and money movement that every credit product is built on.
We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the strategy for that platform. This is not a feature-shipping role. You will decide how our lending infrastructure scales to support multiple products—what becomes a shared, reusable capability versus what each product builds for itself, and the trade-offs behind those calls. You'll own the product strategy for our sponsor-bank integrations (including expanding beyond our first bank partner), our loan management system, and the architecture of our underwriting and servicing components. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team and partner closely with our horizontal platform teams (payments, ledger, identity, AI), our credit risk and compliance leaders, and external partners like our sponsor bank and lending infrastructure vendors.
You'll start as a high-impact strategist and build a team beneath you as the platform grows, beginning with a Technical Program Manager. You'll report directly to the Head of Consumer Lending. This is one of the most strategically important roles in our lending organization, and you'll operate as a peer to senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Platform and Data  Strategy: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the identity data platform from conception to launch for core identity capabilities (onboarding, verification, authentication). Ensure the platform is extensible enough to simultaneously serve multiple fintech products and geo-expansion.
  • Identity and authentication flow design. Own end-to-end design of identity and authentication flows (including sign-up, sign-in, account recovery, Passkey/OTC/PIN verification, step-up authentication) as specifications that are implemented by other product teams. You define the experience, the logic, and the acceptance criteria while implementation is distributed. This involves aligning multiple teams around a single coherent identity experience without owning its execution directly.
  • Data Architecture & Schema Design: Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science to design, define, and maintain the underlying data schemas for user identity, ensuring data integrity, scalability, security (e.g., PII handling), and efficient retrieval for analytics and operational systems.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Design, Fraud, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to align and drive a cohesive strategy. Manage competing demands across teams with explicit dependency tracking and clear prioritization principles.
  • Metric Ownership & Execution: Define, instrument, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for identification, verification success, platform adoption by internal teams, customer effort reduction, and security. Relentlessly execute against the shared vision to land significant company-wide business impact.
  • AI & Innovation: Drive the evolution of identification and verification to support secure, efficient AI-driven service experiences, exploring AI-forward approaches like behavioral signals and LLM-aided identity decisioning.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Clearly and consistently communicate vision, strategy, and progress with internal stakeholders, partners, and executive leadership.

Requirements
  • Around 8 years of experience in Product Management.
  • Domain Expertise (Required): Proven experience with Identity, KYC, Onboarding, Authentication, and/or IAM. Experience managing AI-forward or ML-enabled products in identity, risk, or customer service is a plus.
  • Platform product experience (required). Demonstrated track record owning a platform or shared infrastructure product where internal product and engineering teams are the primary customer.
  • Technical Acumen: Ability to engage in technical discussions related to API design, data modeling, and database schema structure to ensure robust and scalable identity systems.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to evangelize and own product vision and strategy with significant executive-level visibility and align complex cross-functional teams (including Fraud, Compliance, and Operations) around a shared platform roadmap.
  • Analytical Rigor: Extremely strong analytical and prioritization skills; demonstrated success defining product metrics/KPIs, shaping frameworks, and driving decision-making through data.
  • Communication & Drive: Clear, confident, and concise communicator skilled in storytelling, persuasion, and driving organizational alignment across complex landscapes. Creative and entrepreneurial with a commitment to building robust, scalable systems.
  • These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
