In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
    • Prepare and file federal, state, local, property, sales, and other tax returns and related reports accurately and on time.
    • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
    • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organization.
    • Review business initiatives, transactions, and proposals to identify tax implications and recommend appropriate actions.
    • Support tax planning strategies aimed at optimizing the company's tax position while maintaining compliance.
    • Assist with tax audits, inquiries, and examinations by tax authorities.
    • Prepare tax-related reconciliations, analyses, and supporting documentation.
    • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business teams on tax-related matters.
    • Support due diligence and tax analysis activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
    • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation in accordance with company policies.

  • You are an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working in a dynamic environment. You have a strong understanding of tax regulations, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively. You collaborate well with cross-functional teams and can translate technical tax concepts into practical business recommendations.

 For This Role, You Will Need:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
    • Relevant experience in corporate tax, public accounting, or tax compliance.
    • Knowledge of federal, state, local, indirect, and/or property tax regulations.
    • Experience preparing tax returns and supporting schedules.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • English proficiency sufficient to work in a global business environment.

 Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
    • Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
    • Experience working in a multinational or publicly traded company.
    • Knowledge of international tax concepts and cross-border transactions.
    • Exposure to mergers and acquisitions tax analysis and due diligence activities.
    • Experience supporting tax audits and interacting with tax authorities.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
    • Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
