We have processed over 10 million entities for 100,000+ users across 120+ countries, and are backed by Fin Capital, Vertex Ventures, and Point72 Ventures.What you'll DoAs a Solutions Engineer - Managed Services, you'll ensure the successful integration and customization of our products for clients — configuring our software to meet each client's unique requirements and business use cases, and building the API integrations that enable seamless data flow between Certa and client systems.Understand client needs: Collaborate with sales and client-facing teams to analyze client needs, business use cases, and requirements, and contribute to solution design discussions with insights grounded in the technology and business domain.Configure the product: Configure and customize software solutions to client needs — setting up workflows, defining data structures, and enabling specific features and functionality.Build & manage integrations: Partner with engineering to design, implement, and manage API integrations with external systems for smooth data exchange and interoperability.Test, troubleshoot & document: Conduct unit testing, resolve configuration issues during implementation, and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and integration processes.Support clients: Guide clients through onboarding and post-implementation, and support product launches through technical support, training sessions, and resolving complex issues alongside customer support.Collaborate & improve: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales, and stay current on product features and best practices to continuously improve the process.What you'll needExperience: 3–5 years in a similar capacity with a proven track record of implementation excellence serving medium-to-large enterprise customers.Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering or equivalent.Technical skills: Proficiency in API integration (RESTful APIs and web services) and relevant programming languages/platforms, with experience in ERP integrations, JSON, SaaS products, and process/requirements tools like Miro or Visio a plus.Analytical & process: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business use cases into technical solutions, and the ability to create structure and design effective processes in ambiguous situations.Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and explain technical concepts clearly.Mindset: Results-oriented, curious, independent operator who can influence internal and external partners and act effectively with limited direction.Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: Top of market salary + bonuses and equityTime off: 49 days paid time offBenefits: PTO, full benefits, retirement and wellness plans.Growth: Professional development support, remote workspace setup bonus.Team building: Annual company offsites in exciting locations around the worldLocationCerta is a remote-first company and we hire globally.
