The other is the work.Perfec-Tone has been doing the work for 45 years. We have one store in Nassau, a clinical product line built for skin that other brands ignore, and clients whose photos at month 3 do not look like the same person. We are hiring one licensed Esthetician to own the treatment room. Full-time and part-time options are both available.What the role actually isYou assess skin honestly. You build a phased plan: Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, Maintenance. You run the protocol clean and on time. You take photos in the same light, same angle, every time. You set the swap conditions, and you adjust when something does not work. You rebook in the room before the client gets up.You own clinical outcomes. The Sales Associates escalate skin questions to you. They cannot change a regimen. You can.CompensationFull-time: 40 hours per week scheduled.
