We’re actively seeking a talented Senior Analyst, Workplace Planning and Governance to join Global Workplace Services in Newport Beach, CA
The Senior Analyst, Workplace Strategy supports data-driven workplace planning through strategic analysis, financial forecasting, reporting, and business insights. Reporting to the Director, People Services and Workplace Strategy, this role partners closely with Workplace Services, People Experience, Finance, and business leaders to evaluate workforce trends, forecast future workplace needs, support budget planning, and deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to translate complex workforce, occupancy, and budget data into clear recommendations that support organizational growth, operational efficiency, and employee experience.
How you’ll help move us forward:
- Budget and Financial Analysis
- Support annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial reporting activities for Global Workplace Services.
- Monitor operating and capital expenditures related to workplace operations, facilities, and workplace projects.
- Analyze the financial impact of workforce growth on occupancy costs, workplace programs, facilities services, and operational expenses.
- Partner with Finance to support annual planning cycles, long-range forecasting, and business case development.
- Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions that measure business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Create executive-ready reports, presentations, and visualizations that support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across People Services, Finance, and Workplace Services reporting.
- Drive reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
- Strategic Program Support – Vendor Governance
- Partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support governance processes, contract performance reporting, and operational reviews.
- Assist with strategic planning activities, business reviews, and leadership presentations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational effectiveness across workplace programs and services.
The experience you bring:
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, workforce planning, workplace services, corporate real estate, finance, analytics, or related fields.
- Experience supporting budget planning, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience developing dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and data management.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions through data and analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete or complex data sets to produce reliable, actionable insights.

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
