A prerequisite for our mission is to have a clear approach, patterns, and solutions for efficiently managing data as well as for building and strengthening the business capabilities to work with data. We are looking for a new team member with hands-on skills and eagerness to lead the work related to Information Assets management.
As a Group Information Assets Management Lead, you will:

Become part of the Group Data Management team where the policies, guidelines, tools, and processes for becoming data-driven are conceived, developed and scaled-out to the whole bank. We are in the middle of an exciting journey where you will play a definitive role in the bank’s future.

Be leading the functional area of Information assets management

Together with the divisions of SEB, outline the strategy and the strategic roadmap for establishing and maintaining our Information asset catalogue in the group and using this to meet the resilience requirements given by the DORA regulation.

Leading the work to get the Information Assets Management process and supporting tools defined and implemented in the Group.

Define, implement, and demonstrate ways of working to help SEB business divisions to govern and manage the Information Assets.

Act as a Product Manager for the Information Asset catalogue.

Develop and deliver training programs to improve awareness and skills across the organization.

Engage in SEB’s transformation activities such as DORA and work closely with stakeholders from all divisions in SEB. You will advise them from strategy to implementation, provide continuous advice, guidance and coaching to secure continuous improvement of data quality management
No matter the task, you will be working with modern technologies and colleagues that are pushing to make radical improvements to how SEB can leverage data today.

To thrive in this role we believe you have:
- 10+ years of experience from a data intensive environment, and you have interest and see the potential of data as an asset in driving business decisions.

Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.

Understanding of the DORA regulation is a plus.
-
Ability to work with strategy and related roadmaps on a group level and ability to get them implemented via others in various divisions.

Strong understanding of and experience from working with data related frameworks, methodologies and tools
-
A huge plus is experience from working with Information Assets solutions and an appreciation for some of the challenges large organizations face with a wide range of data and needs.

Good understanding of agile way of working with change.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
-
Preferably knowledge and experience of finance/banking, but it is not a must.
-
A strategic view, but simultaneously not afraid to roll up your sleeves to do hands-on work.
-
An academic degree at university level is a must.
-
Fluent in English and preferably also Swedish.
