The Danish pig industry is facing significant challenges. We want to play an active role in supporting this transformation. To support this ambition, we are now looking for a Customer Engagement Manager for Swine in Denmark — a key field‑based role where you build strong, trust‑based relationships and turn insights into impact. In this role, you will function as our field-based swine expert and trusted partner for veterinarians and producers across Denmark. You will have significant influence on customer engagement activities, strategic initiatives, and the continued development of Our Company's Animal Health's swine business in Denmark.

Your Role

You will be responsible for field activities related to swine in Denmark working in close collaboration with dedicated Swine team colleagues. Your days will be varied: from discussions with veterinarians and farm visits to strategic planning and collaborative projects. You will play an important role helping customers navigate an increasingly complex industry environment by identifying opportunities, challenging existing approaches, and supporting the implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions.

You will:

  • Build and deepen partnerships with Danish pig veterinarians and other key stakeholders
  • Identify new opportunities and develop account plans for key customers
  • Support pig veterinarians in their work offering diagnostic insights and on‑farm problem-solving
  • Educate farm staff to ensure optimal vaccination procedures
  • Translate science into useful practical knowledge shared at customer interactions
  • Lead or participate in projects with veterinary practices and other partners
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with committed colleagues within the broader Swine Team, Livestock, Marketing and Technology departments
  • You will contribute directly to the team’s sales and activity goals and help shape our long‑term swine strategy in Denmark.

Who You Are

You want to combine veterinary expertise with a commercial, solution‑oriented mindset. You enjoy being in the field, building relationships, and turning insights into practical solutions on farm. You are curious, adaptable, and motivated by helping customers succeed in a rapidly changing industry.

We believe you have:

  • Degree in veterinary medicine
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Good knowledge of the Danish swine market
  • Practical experience from the Danish pig industry, veterinary practice, industry consultancy, or a similar customer-facing role is considered a strong advantage.

  • Full‑time, field‑based position in Denmark, working from a home office
  • Approximately 80% of time spent in the field, primarily within Denmark, with sporadic Nordic/European trips
