About the Role

Are you an experienced Program Manager with a track record of driving complex cloud and data transformations? We are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to lead a mission-critical enterprise program: migrating our data ecosystem from Teradata to Databricks.

In this role, you will serve as the strategic quarterback—managing end-to-end execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless cutover with minimal business disruption. If you thrive at the intersection of data strategy, stakeholder management, and technical delivery, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program Strategy & Execution: Own and drive the end-to-end migration roadmap, delivery plans, budget, scope, and timeline.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate across Data Engineering, Architecture, QA/Testing, Security, Governance, and Business Operations to ensure aligned execution.
  • Migration Wave Management: Oversee wave planning, legacy decommissioning strategies, testing cycles, and cutover readiness.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish robust program governance, executive dashboards, and transparent status reporting for C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify bottlenecks, manage critical path dependencies, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise data, cloud modernization, or data warehouse migration programs.
  • Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery frameworks in large enterprise environments.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and cross-functional stakeholder management ability.


Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

  • Hands-on familiarity with legacy data warehouses (Teradata) and modern cloud data lakehouses (Databricks).
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT pipeline architectures, data governance, and data security frameworks.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or Databricks/Cloud-related certifications.
