1. Target Operating Model (TOM) Design & Risk Mitigation (Must have)

  • Lead comprehensive "As-Is" diagnostic studies of existing business processes, evaluating them for scalability, governance, and long-term viability.
  • Analyze the downstream impact of process mechanics on talent acquisition, gross margin profiles, and overarching client relationship management.
  • Design and implement proactive remediation strategies to mitigate operational risks, eliminate bottlenecks, and safeguard project profitability.

2. Internal Transformation & Business Optimization (Must have)

  • Spearhead complex internal transformation initiatives aimed at optimizing operational functions and scaling the business to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Re-engineer internal processes and operating models using lean, agile, or first-principles methodologies to drive cross-functional efficiency.
  • Partner with delivery and operations leaders to ensure that strategic recommendations are flawlessly executed and actively tracked against financial and operational KPIs.

3. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Commercial Advisory (Nice to have)

  • Architect end-to-end growth frameworks and strategic pitchbooks to expand the existing line of business and win new, high-value advisory engagements.
  • Build robust financial models, business cases, and pricing strategies to support client onboarding and evaluate the profitability of new strategic asks.
  • Develop compelling thought leadership and transformation frameworks that position the firm as a premier advisory partner in the healthcare and payment integrity space.
  • Top-Tier Background: 6–9 years of total experience, with a mandatory tenure at a premier strategy consulting firm (MBB) or the strategy arm of a Big 4 (e.g., Monitor Deloitte, EY-Parthenon, Strategy&).
  • Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institution (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or global equivalents).
  • Domain Nuance: Prior exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial Services/Payment Integrity is preferred but not mandatory for a candidate with an exceptional consulting toolkit.
