With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!Your MissionAs a Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage maintenance and repairs across our vehicle fleet. You will coordinate workshop processes, ensure high fleet availability, and serve as the key link between the workshop team, Operations, and external service providers.Planning and coordinating maintenance and repair work across the vehicle fleetManaging internal workshop capacity and external service partnersMonitoring repair turnaround times, spare parts inventory and service qualityEnsuring high technical availability of the fleetDocumenting maintenance and repair history per vehicleCoordinating closely with Operations on fleet availability and deployment planningHelping optimize maintenance processes and service intervalsYour skills and qualificationsTechnical understanding, ideally with experience in bicycle, e-bike or vehicle technologyExperience coordinating workshop or service operationsOrganized, structured way of workingStrong communication skills with internal and external partnersHands-on mentality and solution-oriented approachGood German language skillsNice to haveExperience in the e-bike or bicycle sectorExperience coordinating multiple sites/workshopsConfident use of tools for maintenance planning/documentationWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceA responsible role with direct impact on fleet availabilityVaried role spanning planning and hands-on executionCollaboration with a technically skilled, motivated teamStructured onboarding and development opportunitiesDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
