It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionTo oversee daily facility operations, ensure reliability of building systems, and manage the performance of the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) service provider to meet safety, quality, cost, and compliance objectives.Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations & MaintenanceOversee day-to-day maintenance of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities, etc.)Ensure all critical systems operate efficiently with minimal downtimeReview and approve preventive and corrective maintenance plansMonitor work orders, service requests, and completion timelinesEnsure asset reliability and lifecycle management2. IFM Supplier ManagementAct as the main point of contact for the IFM providerManage IFM contract scope, deliverables, and KPIs/SLAsConduct regular performance reviews and audits of IFM servicesValidate manpower deployment, competency, and service qualityDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiativesEnsure compliance with contract terms and escalation management3. Safety, Health & Environment (EHS)Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company EHS policiesLead incident investigations and corrective/preventive actionsConduct regular safety inspections and audits with IFMPromote a strong safety culture across operations4. Compliance & RegulatoryEnsure facility complies with local authority requirements (e.g., fire safety, environmental, building regulations)Manage audits, inspections, and certificationsMaintain proper documentation and records for compliance5. Budget & Cost ControlDevelop and manage OPEX and maintenance budgetsTrack IFM contract costs and ensure value for moneyReview quotations, approve expenditures, and control cost leakageIdentify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service levels6. Project & Improvement ManagementLead minor projects, upgrades, and retrofit worksCoordinate with engineering and project teams for expansions or modificationsDrive reliability improvement and energy efficiency initiatives7. Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with internal stakeholders (operations, engineering, EHS, finance)Communicate service performance and issues effectivelyHandle escalations and ensure timely resolution8. Reporting & Performance MonitoringTrack and report KPIs such as:Equipment uptimeResponse and resolution timePreventive maintenance complianceSafety performanceCostPrepare monthly/quarterly reports for management reviewQualificationsRequiered :Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or equivalent)5–10 years experience in facilities management or plant maintenanceExperience managing IFM or outsourced service providersSkills :Strong technical knowledge of building systems and utilitiesContract and vendor management expertiseGood understanding of EHS and regulatory compliancePreferred :Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsBudget and cost management capabilityGood communication and...
