In this role, you play a key part in ensuring safety, reliability, and customer success across a wide range of industrial applications.Install, maintain, and repair industrial X-ray inspection systems at customer sitesPerform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgradesProvide on-site, remote, and phone-based technical support to customersConduct customer training and system acceptance testingEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsComplete service reports and technical documentation accuratelyCollaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues efficientlyWillingness to travel extensively (80%) within the U.S. and internationally as required by the roleWhat you should bringHigh School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Technology, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Automation, or a related field preferred2–4 years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or industrial/automated systems, preferably in x-ray or NDT fieldStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipmentAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documentationBasic knowledge of PLC-controlled systems (Siemens experience is a plus)Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applicationsHands-on, self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently in fast-paced field environmentsCustomer-focused team player with strong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable, adaptable, and well-organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityValid driver’s license and clean driving record requiredWillingness and ability to travel up to 80%, primarily within the U.S. and occasionally internationallyFluent English required; Spanish language skills are a plusWhat we offerCareer and development opportunitiesAn international and team-oriented work environmentVariety of perspectives due to a wide range of industries and customersYour contact to usPlease apply online using our online form via the link in the respective job posting.
