## Grow with us About this opportunity: At Ericsson, we are looking for a proactive Supply Chain Planner to drive short- and long-term demand/Forecast and supply planning. The role focuses on optimizing supply plans, supporting strategic and tactical decisions, and ensuring delivery precision, cost efficiency, .You will manage S&OE execution, address supply gaps within a 0–3-month horizon, collaborate closely with CU and inbound supply teams, and ensure predictable deliveries through lead time management, customer order commitments, and supply escalations. What you will do: * Own end-to-end outbound supply planning processes for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with demand, order request and supply commitment, and logistics plans.​ * Monitor daily and weekly outbound supply performance, including delivery accuracy, lead time adherence, backlogs, and order fulfillment status.​ * Perform deep-dive analysis on deviations and chronic issues; identify root causes across demand, supply, logistics, and data quality.​ * Lead and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. CU ASR, Inbound Supply, demand planning, logistics, customer service, etc.).​ * Proactively identify risks and opportunities in outbound supply and propose mitigation plans or optimization actions.​ * Support S&OE / supply review meetings with structured analysis, scenarios, and recommendations.​ * Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. process automation, parameter optimization, reporting enhancements) based on data-driven insights.​ * Contribute to transformation and digitalization initiatives related to planning tools, reporting, and analytics.​ * Act as a subject matter expert for outbound planning KPIs, definitions, and measurement methodologies.​ * Act as leading role in supply execution phase to drive the plan and the execution of plan * Be able to actively engage, proactively communicate and influence the project/program stakeholder on the project plan vs supply plan vs supply execution. * Holistic view and in-depth understanding of the project picture and supply picture , with clear way to visualize The skills you bring: Qualifications and Experience:- * Bachelor’s degree. ( Supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.) * Minumum5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations planning in a global environment. * Hands-on experience with ERP, planning, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, IBP, SAP ,Power Bi) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills. * Experience working across international teams; telecom or high-tech manufacturing experience is a plus. Key Skills and Competencies:- * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, particularly outbound planning, order fulfilment, and distribution. * Advanced Excel and reporting skills, including dashboard management. * Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities. * High ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency and operational excellence. * Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
