The Food & Beverage Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service to guests. As the first point of contact for customers, the associate is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, understanding guest needs, and ensuring every interaction reflects the organization's commitment to quality service.
This role involves greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving meals and drinks promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The Food & Beverage Associate is also responsible for maintaining clean and organized dining and service areas, preparing tables for service, processing payments accurately, and resolving guest inquiries or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
In addition to front-of-house responsibilities, the associate works closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order preparation and delivery, supports inventory replenishment and stock management, and adheres to all food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

- Prepare and set up dining areas before service and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure the restaurant remains clean and organized.
- Process customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with stocking supplies, inventory checks, and replenishing service stations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Support opening and closing duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
