Te kōwhiringa | The Opportunity

Green Vision Recycling is the inner-city provider of recycled aggregate, concrete, rock and asphalt products. Working in a reliable and passionate team, the Plant Operator – Green Vision will be operating plant such as loaders, excavators and mobile crushing and screening equipment.

This involves stock movement, sifting and digging piles to load into mobile crushers and screens, as well as loading road trucks as part of the wider Green Vision team. You will also be customer facing from time to time. 

Nga Pūkenga Matu | Important Skills

With a passion for being outdoors and on your feet, you will be confident operating within a team and independently as required. You will be comfortable using machinery to get the job done. You will also:

•    Enjoy working outdoors alongside a team
•    Show commitment to safe work practices
•    Have a Class 1 Full License with WTR endorsements 
•    Demonstrated basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to accurately enter data, maintain records and complete basic reports
•    Be flexible to pick up occasional weekend work and on-call shifts
