How you’ll make an impact
- Be prepared to lead different kinds of projects within the organization, ranging from R&D and cost-out activities to classification of new suppliers and capacity increase in production.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that requirements of technical, safety, quality and financial targets are met.
- Plan and follow up timeline and important deadlines to make sure we deliver the agreed scope on time.
- Coordinating and motivating the work of a project team with members from different functions, such as engineering, supply chain, quality, sales and production.
- Responsible for project implementation ensuring best practices in cost control, resource efficiency and risk management.
- You will be part of our journey of building our Project Management Office. We need to define a common way of working, and your responsibility is to contribute to this exciting change.
Your Background
- As a leader, you are structured, open-minded, and communicative, with experience in project management; experience from other leadership roles is an advantage.
- You have a technical interest and hold a university degree. A degree in engineering or another technical field is considered an advantage.
- Logistics experience from higher education and/or relevant industry roles is seen as an advantage.
- You are a curious person who challenges yourself and the organization, driving continuous development and improvement in both the short and long term.
- You enjoy collaboration and thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English and Swedish is required, as you will work in a global environment while collaborating closely with local stakeholders.
