Medior Full‑Stack Developer (AI‑Native Mindset)

About the Role

As a Medior Full‑Stack Developer, you will design, implement, and own production features across both frontend (Angular/TypeScript) and backend (Node.js). You'll rapidly adopt and advocate for AI-native workflows, using automated tools for faster prototyping, higher code quality, and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently build and maintain Angular-based client modules and Node.js backend services

• Design, consume, and document REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger as needed)

• Leverage AI development tools to speed up feature delivery, review/refactor code, and generate comprehensive tests and docs

• Integrate applications with enterprise APIs (e.g., GitHub, Jira, logging/monitoring, Kubernetes APIs)

• Apply sound software engineering principles (OOP, code organization, maintainability, debugging)

• Participate actively in code reviews, mentor junior team members, and help elevate engineering best practices

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, contributing to requirement clarification and iterative delivery

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Angular, and Node.js development

• Experience with REST API design and consumption (OpenAPI familiarity preferred)

• Practical skill with Git workflows (GitHub) and team-based agile delivery

• Ability to use AI tools (code assistants, AI-based reviews/testing) for increased productivity and quality

• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

• Experience with agentic workflow/orchestration (Python frameworks)

• Familiarity with cloud/monitoring/logging systems (Azure Monitor, ELK, Splunk)

• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL, schema design)

• Exposure to CI/CD, containers/Kubernetes basics, operational automation

Location: Brno, Czechia or Bratislava, Slovakia

Working time: EMEA

Hybrid role: minimum 2 days per week in the office

Salary range: Brno: 94 000 CZK to 141 000 CZK gross/a month; Bratislava: 3200 EUR to 4900 EUR gross/a month. The actual salary is based on your skills, experience and knowledge.
