Job Description

The Advisory Risk R&D POD Leader is responsible for designing. developing, and scaling Risk Advisory agentic Al assets aligned with enterprise priorities, leading a focused Risk POD to build differentiated solutions, drive client adoption, and continuously evolve offerings based on external market and technology trends. The role operates at the intersection of risk advisory and Al innovation, shaping how organizations adopt agentic approaches to manage risk and controls.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Solution Design & Build -Lead the end-to-end design and development of agentic Al solutions for controls and audit functions, including defining agent workflows and decision logic, and drive transition from pilot to scaled deployment by refining use cases and value articulation.
• Solution Architecture & Collaboration-Work closely with risk advisory, Al engineering, and data science teams to co-develop solution architecture, ensuring strong alignment between functional requirements, control logic, and technical implementation.
• Client Adoption &Stakeholder Integration - Partner with industry advisory teams and senior client stakeholders to drive adoption of agentic Al solutions across engagements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and deliver measurable business value.
• Research & Market Intelligence - Lead ongoing research into emerging trends in Al, risk, and controls, along with the competitive landscape, translating insights into continuous enhancement of offerings and identification of new growth opportunities.
• Assetization & Reusability-Ensure solutions are built as reusable assets and accelerators with standardized components, enabling faster deployment, scalability across clients, and consistent market differentiation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 12-18+ years of experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or controls consulting, with strong expertise in SOX/ICFR, enterprise risk, and ERP control environments.
• Demonstrated experience in solution development and controls transformation initiatives with strong working knowledge of AI/GenAI and Agentic concepts.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment, adoption and execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and innovation-driven environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building accelerators, or intellectual property in consulting or enterprise settings.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or CISA
