Accounts Payable Receivable Analyst

Performs a variety of accounts receivables tasks related to Cash application. This role will need to have the ability to handle transactional activities and inquiries in payments received from customer, customer accounts conciliations, tax expertise for LAM countries and operational improvement /documentation and standard process development.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Use multiple systems for tracking, information gathering, researching, and entering documentation of communication with customers.

• Perform timely and accurate application of daily receipts and reconcile cash balance to general ledger accounts daily.

• Process and reconcile account receivable and remittances.

• Resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records.

• Follow up on unapplied and unidentified payments.

• Answers inquiries and resolve routine issues within the credit to cash process.

• Assist in the month-end close process.

• Manage the cash application function with the goal of applying and posting all cash each month.

• Document processes and ensure documentation is kept up to date.

• Execute Cash Reporting (Weekly, Monthly) as needed.

 For This Role, You Will Need:

• Degree preferred in Accounting, Business Management or Finance. 
• Good written and oral English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word and Excel).
• Practical knowledge of Oracle e-Business Suite preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.

 Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• 2 years in, accounts receivables Customer Service Representative position; accounts receivable representative.
• Experience in LAM cash applications and tax general understanding.
• Experience in transitions, stabilization and improvement of process.
