About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

The Senior Product Designer role is part of the Commerce Cloud Design team within Salesforce's Design and User Experience organization. This team is at the forefront of building intelligent commerce experiences — working where AI, design, and enterprise software intersect.

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help define the future of agentic merchandising in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, reimagining how merchandisers work alongside AI to run their storefronts. In this role, you'll focus on two of our most strategic priorities: reducing platform complexity so a powerful product feels simple and intuitive, and designing experiences that scale efficiently for our customers and our business. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you'll design intelligent systems that automate the repetitive and elevate the strategic.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Shape the agentic merchandising experience — defining how merchandisers and AI agents collaborate to manage catalogs, promotions, and storefronts
  • Drive initiatives that reduce platform complexity and cost to serve through simpler, more scalable design solutions
  • Communicate User Experience (UX) vision clearly and compellingly to a wide range of stakeholders, from Product and Engineering to executive leadership
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, and engineers to identify opportunities, validate assumptions through user research, and deliver polished final products

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 4–7 years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams, from discovery through launch
  • You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods and experience contributing to design systems
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, agile environment and can balance strong design craft with short delivery timelines
  • You have an exceptional design craft — a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual and interaction design, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver polished, pixel-perfect work that raises the bar for the team
  • A related technical degree required

Even Better If...

  • You have experience designing AI-powered, agentic, or automation-driven experiences
  • You have a background in commerce, e-commerce, Point of Sales, Order Management, Payment Processing, ERP, WMS, or merchandising products

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
