Role responsibilities

Design, build, and scale transformative AI-powered solutions and reusable Agentic AI capabilities on the Genesys Cloud platform. Provide technical leadership to convert emerging AI technologies into scalable, market-leading industry solutions.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with over 10 years of software engineering experience and 5+ years in AI or automation. Must have proven experience moving AI prototypes into production and the ability to mentor other engineers.
