The Manager, Social Media Insights & Analytics is responsible for transforming social media performance data, audience behavior, cultural trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable insights that drive content strategy, customer engagement, and business growth. Serving as a strategic partner to Social, Content, Brand, Paid Media, Digital, and Enterprise Analytics teams, this role delivers meaningful analysis and performance measurement that informs decision-making across the organization. The Manager will work closely with internal Business Analytics and Measurement teams to integrate social media insights into broader marketing and business reporting, ensuring leadership has a holistic view of customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, brand health, and business outcomes. - Analyze social media, audience, cultural, and competitive data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and actionable business recommendations.
- Develop and maintain social media dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement programs that connect social activity to marketing and business outcomes.
- Provide strategic insights to optimize content performance, audience engagement, platform effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Partner with Social, Content, Brand, Paid Media, and Digital teams to support campaign planning, real-time optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Leverage social listening and analytics tools to monitor audience sentiment, cultural trends, and competitive activity.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and executive-ready recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support testing and experimentation initiatives, including content, audience, timing, and platform optimization strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and continuous improvement of analytics methodologies and processes.
Essential Qualifications and Functions:
- 5–8 years of experience in social media analytics, digital analytics, marketing insights, or a related field.
- Strong experience analyzing performance across major social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social channels.
- Proficiency with social listening and analytics platforms such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout, and native platform analytics tools.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, presentations, and performance measurement frameworks for business stakeholders.
- Strong communication and storytelling abilities, including presenting complex findings in a clear and compelling manner.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing marketing, content, media, and digital strategies.
- Familiarity with paid social measurement, performance optimization, and broader digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, healthcare, consumer marketing, or other customer-centric industries preferred.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Communications, or a related field preferred.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
