Job Description:

Responsible for supporting material and services sourcing activities by utilizing market data to provide accurate budgetary and schedule quotes in compliance with contract and regulatory requirements. Work includes documenting requisitions, market research, pricing, and vendor selection details to substantiate cost estimates and ensure sourced materials meet federal requirements (TAA, NDAA, etc.). The analyst will track sourcing activities, maintain documentation, and support program teams in meeting customer quoting and reporting expectations.

The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, able to work under minimal supervision, communicates professionally, and contributes as part of a cohesive team.

Key Duties:

• Investigate available market supply sources and prepare requests for proposals, quotations, or bids based on program leadership or customer requirements.

• Collaborate with suppliers and internal customer contacts to ensure sourced materials and services align with stated requirements.

• Ensure sourcing actions comply with all applicable requirements including FAM, FAH, FAR, TAA, and NDAA.

• Support timely preparation of customer requisition quotes in accordance with contract requirements.

• Generate accurate and timely contract‑related documentation and customer reporting.

• Maintain organized records of sourcing and pricing activities to support requisition quoting and ensure alignment with approved budgets and delivery schedules.

• Assist with ad‑hoc material and service sourcing tasks for internal and external stakeholders.

• Contribute to collecting supply chain data through collaboration with program supply chain staff and efficient use of program tools.

• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing processes and enhance efficiency within the functional area.

The likely salary range for this position is $63,750 - $86,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
