Join our collaborative team to shape the future of high-speed optical connectivity. Position Overview Lumilens is seeking a skilled Hardware Test Engineer with 10-12 years of experience to join our innovative hardware team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of our high-performance photonics and semiconductor solutions through rigorous hardware testing practices. You will play a key role in the development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams to deliver products that meet the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive hardware test plans and test cases for new product introductions and existing hardware platformsDevelop and maintain automated test setups, utilizing industry-standard frameworks and toolsAnalyze and debug hardware issues, working cross-functionally with design and development teamsEnsure testing aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirementsInterpret hardware schematics and datasheets to facilitate thorough testing methodologiesConduct environmental testing, including thermal and humidity assessmentsPerform and document EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) tests as neededOperate a variety of test equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzersMaintain detailed test records, results, and reports for product validation and compliance Required Technical Skills Proficiency in hardware testing methodologies and best practicesStrong knowledge of electrical and electronic systemsExperience designing and executing test plans and test casesFamiliarity with test automation tools and frameworksAbility to read and interpret hardware schematics and datasheetsKnowledge of industry standards and regulations for hardware testingUnderstanding of signal integrity and power integrity conceptsProficiency using test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzersExperience with hardware debugging and troubleshooting techniquesUnderstanding of digital and analog circuit design principlesFamiliarity with environmental testing (temperature and humidity chambers)Understanding of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field10-12 years of hands-on experience in hardware testing within optical, semiconductor, or related technology sectorsStrong analytical, organizational, and collaborative communication skills Why Join Lumilens? Work at the forefront of AI, networking, and optical semiconductor technologyCollaborative and innovative environmentOpportunities for career growthCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Lumilens is an equal opportunity employer.
